Raya Rewards is provided by Powerverse UK Limited. The full agreement is published on the Powerverse site — this page is a plain-language summary of the parts that matter most.
Taking part
You activate Raya Rewards in the Raya app, with a compatible EV or charger connected to your account. Taking part is optional, and you can turn it off at any time from the app.
How payments are worked out
Rewards are based on charging you shift into the times Raya recommends. Amounts shown on this site are illustrative maximums, not a guarantee — what you earn depends on how much you charge, when you charge, and how often the recommended times apply to you. The full agreement sets out the payment basis, timing and any minimum thresholds.
You stay in control
Raya recommends times — you choose whether to follow them. There is no penalty for charging whenever you need to, and you can leave Raya Rewards without affecting the rest of your Raya account.
Changes
Raya Rewards may change over time as the energy market changes. If the terms or the payment basis change, you will be told through the app before the change applies. The version published in the full agreement always takes precedence over this summary.
